Webinar
This page brings together the webinars we host as part of the Novavis Project.
Each webinar is an open conversation — a moment where we pause, speak honestly, and share how Novavis came into being, who we work with, and how our programs are shaped by real life situations rather than theory.
These conversations are meant to offer context, orientation, and a first feeling for what Novavis stands for — and for the way we work with people standing at a crossroads.
Our First Webinar — Introduction to Novavis
On January 12, we hosted our very first Novavis webinar.
In this conversation, we shared why Novavis began and the story behind the Project. We also introduced Tatjana, one of our hosts, who spoke about yoga and her approach to creating space, awareness and safety. Together, we reflected on life situations and transitions — and on how these experiences shape the Novavis Program.
The webinar is shared here in three parts, each offering a different entry point into the Project. You’re invited to listen in at your own pace.
Part 1 — Why Novavis began: Our story
In this first section, we share how Novavis began.
We talk about the moments and observations that led to creating the Project, about standing at a crossroads, and about why we chose to create space rather than offer solutions.
Part 2 — Space through yoga: Meet Tatjana
In the second section, Tatjana — our host for the yoga sessions — shares her approach to yoga and presence. She speaks about her own experiences, on working with people who arrive with full lives behind them, and about the importance of creating space where people can slow down, observe themselves. We explore how yoga at Novavis supports clarity, presence and grounding.
Part 3 — Life situations and the Novavis Program
In the final section, we reflect on personal life situations and moments of transition — from the founders of Novavis and from Tatjana — and explain how these experiences shape the structure and intention of the Novavis Program.
